Dial Indicator Holder

I required an indicator holder that would be more consistent in its readings. To achieve this, I designed a custom component to fit snugly over the extruder stepper motor and secure it with a small screw and nut. The side features a 1/4-20 nut positioned inside for mounting a Harbor Freight Pittsburgh 1" travel indicator using a 3/4" bolt. This setup allows you to measure most of the print bed, although not the entire area. Nevertheless, it provided me with sufficient data to make necessary adjustments and level my bed more accurately.
