Dial Indicator bracket for raiseeD N2 & prototype clamps
thingiverse
The primary objective was to create a straightforward yet robust bracket capable of securely holding a standard dial indicator in place. My testing on the Raise3D N2 dual V-2 has demonstrated exceptional results, with accuracy reaching as high as +/- 0.0005 inches. The bracket seamlessly accommodates a standard 8mm dial indicator shaft and is attached to the fan mount via bolts. I employed PLA for the printing process. The clamps visible in the accompanying images are currently under development but have already proven to be highly effective, outperforming traditional binder clamps. Further refinements will be made, and the corresponding files will be shared upon completion. Revision 2.1 has been added to the design, featuring a thickness increase of 5mm, thereby allowing the use of factory fan mount bolts.
