Dial gauge holder for Prusa MINI
prusaprinters

This dial gauge holder is screwed to the heat sink with a M3x10 screw. Dial gauges with a shaft diameter of 8 mm can be clamped with it. Without the dial gauge mounted, the holder does not interfere with mesh bed leveling or homing.

Tip for use: After mesh bed leveling, the firmware attempts to compensate for the deviations determined by moving the Z axis when moving the X and Y axes. A NEMA (extruder) motor rotation indicator on the Z-axis motor helps to detect this.
If you want to avoid that the firmware corrects with the Z-axis, you should only perform an XY homing after switching on the printer.

Please take a look at my feet for the Mini.
