Dial Gauge holder for Anet A8
thingiverse
I adjusted the design to fit when the bed is zeroed, making some adjustments along the way without testing the final product. This version features an 8mm spigot gauge, with a remix available for those requiring a 10mm variant. Check out my other thing: 2587021, which provides a helpful bridge for verifying alignment from the Y bearing rods as shown in the last image. It's essential to build with supports and fine-tune them (I used an angle of 88 degrees in Cura) to prevent filling in screw-holes. A version with a 10mm spigot hole is available at thing: 1952482. On September 11, 2017, I realized my initial caution was unwarranted as this design has become my most popular work and no feedback indicated the need for any changes.
