Dial gauge for the Moai Z axis

This is a handy dial that can be placed atop the Z axis threaded rod to clearly indicate bed movement. It's especially useful for troubleshooting skipped layers and confirming layer height with precision. On my printer, however, there wasn't enough exposed rod in the fully retracted position to allow the dial to screw on securely, so I ended up gluing it firmly into place after tightening it as far as possible.
