Dial Gauge 2020 Extrusion

I required a dial gauge mount for my cr10 but didn't want to utilize something that mounted directly onto the extruder. I desired something completely detachable too. I redesigned this one and after printing it was just a hair too narrow where the dial gauge attaches. So, I created version two which was slightly wider and added a supporting piece to make the bottom lip even more solid. Update 10-9-19 I've added a brand new version called Dial_Gauge_Remix_V3 that lines up perfectly with an offset on the back, allowing for dial gauges with a raised back to fit better.
