Printable 4" dial caliper set with nine individual parts; print as one complete assembly or separately for manual assembly. The smallest gap between pieces is approximately 0.010", so ensure your printer supports this when printing in one piece. Alternatively, increase the gap size or print and assemble individually. Assembly may require hand work and super glue. For smooth operation, apply plastic-safe grease to gears. Includes inside & outside jaws, depth gauge, adjustable & locking dial, and thumb wheel. Precision measurements can be accurate within +/-0.0025". Originally printed on an Objet Eden Printer; scale STLs to 78.74% for metric conversion.
