I'm designing a custom Delta printer with no screws required. Today, I completed one and realized that reducing overhangs and extending arm length are necessary improvements. Currently, the stabilizing bar must be rotated 90 degrees along the Y-axis. In the future, I plan to print joints at different axes than just Z. You may need to adjust joint sizes or decrease wall thickness using your slicer software.
