Diagonal 1.25" for Telescope
thingiverse
I made this simple diagonal piece because I didn't found any design!. It's not perfect and mirror has no optical quality but it should work acceptable. I designed it so you can use mirrors between a minimum of 32x46mm to a maximum of 36x50mm and 1mm thick. The "out tube" is a little tricky, if your 3D-Printer is not perfectly calibrated maybe you need to remove some horizontal expansion to make the oculars get in smooth. Both tubes must be glued to the "body". The threads must be done with threading Tools. Or you can use wood/plastic screws. Or add metal inserts with the soldering iron technique. https://hackaday.com/2019/02/28/threading-3d-printed-parts-how-to-use-heat-set-inserts/
