diabolo insert part v2 with a whistling attachment v1

Hi everybody, The idea of the mount is to add extra fonctionnalities to any flexible diabolo (needs to be however printed sothat it is fitting the diabolo part). I improved the first mount I proposed to add a bit of flexibility by using living hinges strategy to facilitate the insertion. I added a box which I attended to produce a whistling sound. Alike the bamboo made whistling diabolo I have at home. However, my first tries did not work. I am still working on the design to get a tone when spining. (Inspiration comes from the whistling rocket ball that possess several whistling inserts) the box must be printed on the edge whith the whistling hole downward. To connect both part use a 2.85 mm PLA filament that you preliminary heat up one end with a heating tool for 3D printing or for pyrography on wood. CAUTION: HOT! this wil fuse the PLA with the box. the insert I designed originally cannot be printed accurately. It worked for me so... still not fully satisfying.
