Racer FPV Diablo 5 Inch V1. This chassis is specifically designed for a camera like the HS1177 2.5mm or its equivalent, and it includes an FC of 30.5x30.5 dimensions along with individual ESCs in each arm, limited to 16mm in width. In my current setup, I have a VTX tramp, a combined FC V1, a piggy OSD, and an RX XSR. This design features an elongated X shape with a center distance of 210mm, weighing around 90G, with a 4mm chassis, and is topped off with a canopy made from Taulman 645. The canopy has been designed to be printed using only nylon. To securely attach the canopy, I use titanium screws with plastic threads. For those who may struggle to cut their chassis, there's an alternative option available from Armattan production. In my case, I've opted for a 4mm ultra-solid frame, but I believe that 3mm would be sufficient and could even result in some weight savings.
