I've heard a joke about a rain wiper for an FPV camera that really got my brain racing. There's no rule that says we can't fly our quads, wings and planes in the rain - this restriction exists only in someone's mind. With proper conformal coating, you can send it regardless of the weather. In Finland, I've flown year-round, regardless of sunshine, rain or snow. I believe many others share my attitude. Is this joke useful or not? That's up to you to decide. Here's an open-source project that lets everyone create a simple wiper system for their FPV camera - or whatever they want! You can modify and develop this project further using the Fusion360 source file provided here. Don't forget to create a Thingiverse remix and give me credit for your inspiration. This project also includes a guide on how to configure Betaflight to use the servo for the wiper, as well as configurations for your OpenTX radio with LUA script.
