DHX2.0 gas tank (Updated Aluminum)

After encountering issues with a fiber-glass resin inner lining reacting to ethanol fuel, the decision was made to ensure safety with an all-metal aluminum design for the gas tank in a 3D printed motorcycle build. The original bike's metal tanks were difficult to fabricate using in-house tools, so a friend from GC, Bryan Lagrange of Mezco Manufacturing Inc., was contacted for assistance. Bryan used a .step file from the plastic tank to create a sheet metal version with impressive speed and quality. The final product is a unique, polished metal gas tank featuring a flush mount cap. A big thanks to Bryan and his team at Mezco Manufacturing Inc. These tanks are used in the Dirt Force Motorcycles DHX Moto 2.0 design. Feedback and suggestions are always welcome!
