DHT22 Sensor Outdoor Housing Design. The enclosure is engineered to block moisture, enable airflow, and reduce heat buildup from direct sunlight exposure. A chimney feature helps prevent condensation issues. This prototype remains under evaluation. To seal the base, four M3 screws are required. Four flanges can be used for secure sensor mounting. Two additional flanges may be utilized for securing the housing itself. Recommended materials for construction include PETG or ASA. Printing at a layer height of 0.30 mm is advised.
