I built this enclosure for an indoor humidity and temperature monitor. It's powered by a ESP-01 (ESP8266) module hooked up to a 120V AC-to-3V DC adapter and paired with a DHT-11 sensor. The box top is sealed just enough to be used outdoors, but not exposed to precipitation or water. For the power prongs, I utilized low-cost adapters available at dollar stores.
