DHT11 Sensor Housing for Reptile Environments. This simple design can be easily customized by any newcomer to the world of 3D printing. The backing is flattened, allowing for potential attachment using glue or in the future a custom mounting clip that will secure it firmly against a glass enclosure. I was searching for a compact sensor housing suitable for use in a reptile habitat to control a tailored misting system, but couldn't find anything small and basic enough to shield the sensor from a torrent of water. This design may not be fully waterproof, but it provides a basic level of protection against direct hits of water that could potentially damage the sensor.
