My daughter created a model for a Dharma station from LOST that I'm carving on my CNC. She asked me to share it with fellow Dharmites who might be interested. This design would likely look awesome in print too. Check out the carved version on my blog at http://www.brandonhilder.com/dharma-initiative. The model was made in Blender, so you'll need to scale it up unless you're making earrings.
