This model is nearly lifesize, boasts fully textured features and exhibits a meticulously detailed cockpit. It lacks engine and pylon modeling yet offers retractable landing gear and animatable control surfaces. Available in multiple formats with all textures and materials included, the design derives from the DG-200 variant that sports a carbon fiber wing. Its retractable engine allowed self-launching and exceptional performance. The DG-400 evolved by adopting most of the DG-202's systems while featuring a larger fuselage and tail cone to accommodate the retractable engine and prop. This setup included an electric starter for the engine and electric retraction capabilities.
