DF83 enhanced Vernier dial

DF83 Vernier design that is an improvement over the existing DF64 version. Firstly, the dial has to be extended outwards due to the larger collar diameter of the DF83 so that the increments read reliably. Secondly, I took the idea of Portakeepers' existing dial design with a collar tensioner and improved it to use a set screw and an embedded M4 square nut instead. This really is kind of overkill but I never liked the idea of tensioning directly into PLA printed screw threads of such a small size. Parts needed: M4 square nut M4x8mm set screw
