Cut conduit into the correct lengths for perfect alignment.\r\n 2 X 550mm, Long legs\r\n 2 X 380mm, Short legs\r\n 2 X 262mm, Cross braces for small frame\r\n 1 X 315mm, Cross brace for large frame\r\n 1 X 320mm, Handle\r\n \r\n2. Drill the 5mm holes in the long legs using the drill jig with precision.\r\n \r\n3. Attach the long legs to the cradles securely using M5 X 50mm screws.\r\n \r\n4. Assemble the small frame by locking it into place with S/S self tappers.\r\n \r\n5. Join the two frames together using two M5 X 50 screws and 5mm hinge washers for smooth movement.\r\n \r\n6. Insert the 20mm handle into the cradles, aligning it perfectly with the catch and collars in place.(the collars keep the brace centered). Secure the handle with self tappers in the holes at the bottom of the cradles when satisfied with alignment.\r\n \r\n7. Attach the keel support to the long legs at 380mm from the top, using 4G Self Tappers, then fit the bottom cross brace for the long legs.\r\n \r\n8. Add padding to the cradle arms to protect the yacht from scratches.\r\n \r\n9. Insert the feet and conduit plugs firmly into place.\r\n \r\n10.
