My attempt at an anti-popcorning device for the DF64 Coffee Grinder (Also solf under the name "Solo Grinder", "G-IOTA Grinder" and possibly other names V1: Initial Attempt V1.1: Pitch increased to 17.5 deg Larger Diameter: 35mm Increased flat area diameter for easier fitting with socket: 20mm Decreased hole diameter for better fit on M8 bolt Chamfered edges to reduce weight V2.0 Design change from tilted disc to helix Center also recessed to allow device fit lower into grinder V2.1 Slightly increased thickness at edge to reduce risk of damage from beans. Many iterations later!: V3.1 Printed with TPU. Proper helix, better central fit. Flexable filament (TPU 95A) offered a reduction of popcorning, less beans getting stuck and seemingly a more balanced motor (?)
