An original design that allows you to mount accessories that you need onto your DF64 chassis using a mounting ring and modular attachments. My original design used embedded nuts to secure both accessories and the collar itself but I got the dimensions wrong and kept it in place using cable ties instead. With the 2nd interation of the design, I made the attachments completely free of hardware and the collar is simplified to tighten using a single cable tie. Accessories mount using a dovetail mount like you see in Japanese woodwork but I would very much recommend printing in SLA instead. With a FDM printer the layer lines prevent the pieces locking nicely together like woodwork and you end up having to hammer them in. I haven't fixed the printing orientation of the .stl files so fix these yourselves. I always print FDM in 0.15mm layer height for maximal strength and a compromise of precision so that the dovetail joints are precise enough to fit correctly. You could make your own accessories for the collar as you see fit but I've given the basic blueprint for a the mounting collar. Will add a standard WDT tool clip/sheathe to this thing shortly.
