I've included a couple of screenshots from Slic3r, in an attempt to demonstrate the most complicated feature to print in this model. The cut-away screenshot, shows three parallel lines, designed to be bridged. It may be necessary to run a bridging test,to ensure you can print this part successfully. The model shown in the photos is the first one made and tested by the individual who requested I print this. It's worked for a few nights, without a compression failure, and is reportedly comfortable. It's held on with a 2cm wide Neoprene strap, designed for sunglasses. It was printed in ASA, with 3 perimeters, and 20% infill. After printing, due to steep overhangs, some surface sanding is required, and the bridges need to be cut, to allow the strap to be fitted. I sanded this one quite thoroughly as it's a wearable. Available on Ebay; https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/323098431968 Category: Gadgets
