DeWalt TStak VI tool tray hex bit holder & driver tray
thingiverse
Customized hex bit holder attachment securely holds removable tool trays in place with a single screw from beneath. Engineered to fit snugly, this essential accessory requires printing with supports due to its complex design. To install, gently push it into position from underneath and listen for the satisfying click as it secures itself into place, prevented from falling out by a clever lip. For improved visibility and ease of use, I recommend using a light-colored filament that will make finding things a breeze. After creating custom versions for my Stanley tool box several years ago, I was so impressed with their functionality that I replicated them for my DeWalt TStak VI, and I'm confident they'll fit other DeWalt tool trays, particularly those from the TStak series. The hex bit holder measures 126mm in length, offering a clear idea of its dimensions, while the small tray underneath has a length of 116mm, a width of 49mm at its widest point, and 45mm at either end, excluding the lip which follows a non-parallel design.
