I've been searching for a custom tray to complement my Drilling Box that came with the DCK795S2T Kit I purchased. The drillbox features two outlets that appear to be designed for stacking trays or boxes, but after scouring DeWalt's offerings and searching online for suitable designs, I found nothing that met my needs. I grew frustrated by the clutter caused by small items like screws and other loose parts floating around in the case. To rectify this issue, I took a ruler and crafted a simple tray to fit inside my drillbox. This DIY solution fits perfectly within the confines of my drillbox and remains securely in place due to its snug fit. You can easily modify it to accommodate additional items or increase its size to better suit your needs. Given its dimensions, this tray will likely come into contact with the top of the drillbox when it's closed, effectively containing even small items within the case. I printed the tray using 0.5mm extrusion width and 3 shells with no infill, resulting in a solid wall construction that provides rigidity. With a slow print speed, this project took approximately 3 hours to complete.
