Dewalt Table Saw Dado Throat Plate

I bought a Dewalt 7491 Table Saw last week and I'm absolutely loving every minute of working with it. This is a dado throat plate needed to install or use a dado blade. The dimensions were based loosely on the standard Dewalt throat plate, minus the locking mechanism. I might add that at some point, but for now, it's not essential. Instead, I added a small piece of velcro to the inside of the opening which holds either plate in place perfectly. Print Settings Printer: Voron/Ultimaker Hybrid (DIY) Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .40 Infill: 25% Notes: This should print just as well with PLA or ABS, but I'd recommend using ABS since most people keep their saws in garages and workshops where temperatures may not always be steady. PLA can deform at relatively low heat levels. There are a few overhangs, but they're not extreme and shouldn't require supports. In fact, enabling supports might interfere with the tongue and groove. Post-Printing Given the dimensions, most people will need to print this as two separate pieces and then join them. I printed mine using ABS, and joined them with a slurry of acetone and a few drops of super glue. I'm not 100% confident in the bond, so if you have better luck with something else, I'd really appreciate hearing about it. The yellow one from the pictures (an early prototype) was printed in PLA and bonded with Locktite Ultragel. So far, it's held up well, but also feels a bit brittle. One added benefit of the join line is that it can be used to easily find the apex of the blade.
