DeWALT T STAK Side by side fixing system - Ideal for drawer units - Top and bottom fixing.
thingiverse
I store my DeWalt T-Stak drawers, filled with nuts and bolts, side by side on shelves in my workshop. To keep them securely locked together, I designed two clips that fit snugly between the boxes. These clips allow me to stack boxes on top of each other, but only if they are stacked evenly high for the top clip to engage properly. One clip is positioned at the bottom of the stack and the other at the top, ensuring a secure hold on the drawers. Unfortunately, I forgot to set the model for the bottom catch correctly, so you will need to manually orientate it in your slicer to get it right. To make assembly easier, I included small webs on the lower catch's top section to provide additional support for the overhanging parts. Be sure to remove these before assembling the clips. For the bottom clip to function properly, you will need two springs with a diameter of 9mm and a length of 35mm.
