This tool accurately positions sanding disks on Dewalt RO disk sanders, ensuring perfect alignment with vacuum holes on the sander pad. By lining up these holes, you can quickly and precisely place a new disk on the pad. Not only does this allow for rapid placement of sanding disks, but it also prevents partial blockage of holes, guaranteeing proper functioning. The added benefit is that the disk will always be centered on the tool. To create this tool, it must be printed in two parts: the tool itself and the handle. Assembly of these parts is optional, although I found that the handle significantly enhances the tool's usability. The handle inserts into the bottom of the alignment tool and is secured with a drop of CA glue.
