In rearranging my workshop I wanted to put the mitre saw as close to the wall as possible by adding a 90-degree elbow to the dust port for connecting a vacuum hose. I designed this in OpenSCAD and have a great fit with a tapered end that goes into the saw. The end for the vacuum hose was not quite as tight and so in re-measuring this time with digital calipers, I have fixed the diameter for a tighter fit and updated the model files attached. This is sized for a Fein vacuum hose which has a taper from about 34.5mm to 36.5mm diameter. The OpenSCAD file is included if you need to remix for a different vacuum hose.

I included a .3MF file so you can print the part sitting on the elbow with a raft and minimum of supports (just the first 15 layers). You can see the printed part on the raft in the photo. This is the first time I've tried using rafts and it worked very well for me on my Prusa printer.
