DeWalt DWP611 collet fan
thingiverse
I use a DeWalt DWP611 spindle on my small CNC machine, and was challenged into creating a fan that can snap onto the collet to clear chips while cutting. It performs exceptionally well; I actually reduced the pitch by a little (increasing the "pitch" offsets in the model) because the initial one generated too much wind. This design is intended to press fit onto the collet and simply blow down. I'm not aware of any prior art, so I designed it myself. The model is available here: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/5e38f1211881eb7e2e39b843/w/67fa9f8c5189fc76711c42f3/e/ff523501ea6431b3f370691f There are variables to adjust the size of collet, number of blades, and almost every other feature. The 5-bladed version works great for me. Print at high detail, this will be spinning extremely fast (30k RPM) so it needs to be excellent.
