I designed an angled router base for my Dewalt DWP611 that accepts standard 1.25-inch bushings. The base is similar to part DNP613 but features a 5-degree angle perfect for routing acoustic guitar back binding channels. I'm using some brass bushings from ShopFox that fit nicely, and I've found they work well with most standard bushings. To create this angled router base, I printed it using clear PET filament, which gave it a smooth finish. After printing, I used an exacto knife to clean up the edges and then lightly sanded it with 220-grit paper for a professional finish.
