The dust boot in this design, crafted using Fusion 360 software, was influenced by CNCRouterParts' open-source blueprint and designed for the Dewalt DW611 trim router. It may also fit other compact routers with a 2.7" diameter. The required 2.5" hose adapter can be bought from Rockler Woodworking, while McMasterCarr supplied the brush strip. For magnetic attachment, 10mm magnets purchased through eBay were utilized; bolt sizes were decided based on available inventory.
