Dewalt DCW210 Sander to Dust Right canister adapter

<p>Rockler's <a href="https://www.rockler.com/dust-right-flexiport-dust-canister">Dust Right FlexiPort Dust Canister</a> comes with the usual assortment of FlexiPort connectors but none of them fit well with the connector Dewalt uses on its tools, specifically the DCW210B sander (but actually any tool compatible with the DWV9000 adapter), nor does it benefit from Dewalt's twist-lock mechanism.</p><p>This includes two versions:</p><ul><li>Friction fit with no moving parts.</li><li>Print-in-place model with twist-lock ring. It includes supports and should work on any printer that can pass a 0.35mm tolerance test. &nbsp;I recommend setting PrusaSlicer to put the seams in random location on the ring (bulges from "aligned" or “nearest” seams will likely create welds between the separate parts), and definitely consider taking advantage of the new <a href="https://help.prusa3d.com/en/article/fuzzy-skin_246186/">fuzzy skin</a> setting to add some texture to the locking ring.</li></ul><p>I have more of these adapters in the works – keep an eye on my <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/social/45862-ex-nerd/collections/104156">Tool Adapters collection</a> for more as they become available.</p><p>Please <a href="https://ex-nerd.com/about/">reach out to me</a> if you would are interested in a custom adapter or would even like to help out by contributing some of your own.</p>
