The original design holds up well, but one issue arises from the machine bolts that attach the router to the plate - they drag on material. To rectify this, I tweaked the design to accommodate a second plate with a "countersink" area. By gluing these two plates together, you'll be ready to go. Additionally, I converted text labels into paths and adjusted interior cut colors so that if your machine allows sequencing orders of operations, you can cut internal circles first. This design is intended for 3mm ply, but it should also work with 6mm; however, longer machine screws than those provided with the router might be required. For a GlowForge, follow these steps: 1.
