Dewalt Case Bit Holder with Hex Key Storage
thingiverse
This is a complete overhaul of JordanGrant's hex bit holder concept. I appreciate his design, but it didn't quite meet my needs. I have two sets of three countersink bits and three self-centering drill bits that I wanted to store neatly in my DeWalt bit holder case. Both sets of bits use a 1/8" hex key to adjust set screws, so it made sense to include storage for the hex key along with the bits. I went through four iterations to ensure everything fits well inside the case. The design consists of three separate pieces, but you should be able to print them in place without supports. Once printed, put it into your bit case and lever the middle section up so that it can rotate to access the bits. You will need two 6mm x 2mm neo magnets to keep the hex key secured.
