Based on design by Kisssys Dewalt 20V battery adapter. The fuse box has been reconfigured to lessen the need for supports but can no longer fit a fuse. Adjusted the battery fit tolerance. Added a short wire relief. Moved mounting holes to line up with buck converter. Kisssys describes cutting a brass strip for a secure battery connection as opposed to other designs that use crimp on wire connectors. The mounting holes are sized slightly larger than M5 bolts for mounting tolerance. A low voltage protection unit is also recommended to prevent damage to the battery pack. Over discharging a battery pack can cause permanent damage.
