This is an insert designed specifically for the DeWalt bandsaw Dw 738. It boasts enhanced thickness compared to its original counterpart, engineered to provide exceptional strength. Notably, this insert will sit flush with the table, ensuring seamless integration. To achieve optimal results, I employed a 50% infill rate, coupled with an Extrusion Multiplier set at 110%. The Extrusion Width was adjusted to 0.55mm (compatible with a 0.4mm nozzle), and the top, bottom, and perimeter shells were all assigned six layers for added durability. Regrettably, my printing capabilities are currently limited to PLA material only. In a previous attempt, I printed an insert with a 25% inlay and standard settings, but unfortunately, it succumbed to damage when subjected to the impact of a piece of wood striking it forcefully during operation, as if caught by the saw blade itself.
