This is a sturdy Fence Clamp designed specifically for the DeWalt bandsaw DW 738. To assemble it securely, you'll need an M8 bolt and matching nut. When preparing this design for 3D printing, I set the infill density to 50%, amplifying extrusion by 110% to produce a more robust structure. To achieve optimal results, ensure your printer is equipped with a 0.4mm nozzle, and specify the Extrusion Width as 0.55mm. Furthermore, for added durability, configure the Top, Bottom, and Perimeter shells to consist of six distinct layers. Please note that this design is optimized exclusively for printing with PLA material.
