dewalt 611 router table
thingiverse
I designed this table on my Shapeoko 2 1000mm CNC machine. All parts were fabricated from scratch using SketchUp, with SketchuCAM employed for precision tool paths. The custom Dewalt mount is also available in STL format for any interested parties who'd like to print it out. To assemble the entire project, I used 1/4-inch acrylic sheet. Meanwhile, the table frame was crafted from 1/2-inch MDF and held together with sheet rock screws through pre-drilled holes, along with a countersink bit applied strategically to prevent hang-ups. All components of this design are included in the accompanying SketchUp file for easy access. I highly recommend using free software like SketchUp and SketchuCAM, which prove effective and stable for my projects; nonetheless, their tendency to crash necessitates frequent saving of files in order to avoid any inconvenience caused by lost work.
