Update 28.04.2020: Planning to replace magnetic bristle holder with totally new idea featuring a groove where you can install TPU printed skirt. I'm experimenting it first - stay tuned for updated STLs and skirt design, hoping to release them during May. I also plan to increase the air channel to boost airflow volume. Most likely, I will re-publish the whole design. Update 28.02.2020: Bristle shoe added - stays in place with six pieces of 10x2mm neodymium magnets (glued with superglue) secured by a groove that's 3mm deep and 2.5mm wide. I've noticed that only three-quarters of the circle of bristles is needed to work effectively, allowing one to see the router bit clearly. Update 07.10.19: When using wood tools that generate heavy chips, I plan to add bristles, probably with a magnetic holder. Stay tuned for updates. Version 64 has been printed and tested - the suction above the tool is so strong that I decided not to add bristles at all. Instead, I designed a detachable airguide to enhance the suction, and closed the other LED hole. Depending on the tool height, multiple airguides are available. Features include: * One LED hole * Locking lever to change tools (rotate spindle to find lock position, then pull the lever up) * Direct suction above the tool * Detachable AirGuide (has a tight fit and stays in place by attaching to the layers of the print) * Collet nut tightening works with the router's own flat wrench * Installs in 30 seconds! I've included several different airguides - contact me if you want a special size. V64 has more robust tightening straps, and enforced "ears" for nut and bolt. The insert tube for vacuum hose is 37mm diameter and narrows down to 36mm. In my setup, it stays in place just with suction, so I won't make any clamping to it.
