DeWALT 20v Max Battery Adapter

I utilized this model to connect my DeWALT 20v Max battery directly to my Ryobi string trimmer. The device is engineered for a 24v battery, yet it functions remarkably well with a 20v battery. I eliminated the old battery connector and heated the terminals until they melted through the slots in the 3D printed component. Once securely attached, I soldered the wires to the two terminals. To ensure a precise fit, I maintained the model's tightness so the battery fits snugly within it. If you desire a looser fit, simply scale up the file by one or two percent. In my image, you can observe that I employed petroleum jelly to facilitate smoother movement. Notably, I omitted screw holes from the design to enable the adapter's versatility across multiple projects. I have also provided an additional step file for users who wish to make modifications and a sliced file for those requiring instant access.
