A remix for my purposes. I essentially took BlaydeRunner's part and lopped the top off then designed in a mount hat on top. The station has slots for two flare-style lock nuts; matched metric screws (ones I had laying around). The nuts allow the screws to tighten in on the posts of the soldering iron holder and the helping hands post (as I was reasonably certain threading directly into the plastic wouldn't give me the tightness I needed to hold the two in place). Note 1: The one I printed does not have the modeled in well. After I printed (12hrs+) the design, I realized that was usable space so designed in a sort of tray for solder sponge or whatever. Note 2: this only works well if the flare nut is a reasonably tight fit in that it cannot rotate in the cavity. Note 3: I ditched the LED-lit magnifying glass as it simply got in the way. Obviously the base is also not needed. All I really needed was the "helping hands" itself and the iron-holder spring thingy. The parts: 2x flare style nuts that match below (about $.60) 2x metric 30mm screws (you could probably use like a #12 here) (about $.50) 1x Harbor Freight 65779 Helping Hands ($9 if regular price) 1x This adapter 1x BlaydeRunner's original adapter front piece (STL_-_Strain_Relief.stl) 1x Misc. course screw to mount the strain relief
