thingiverse
This project remains a Work In Progress. The design was customized to suit a Dewalt 12V Battery Charger that needed to be mounted on the wall. Special thanks go out to Sopak for their contribution - a customized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1389730. This creation was made possible with Customizer! Check it out at http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=1389730. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Robo 3D Printer Model: R1 ABS + PLA Model Raft Options: Doesn't Matter Support Material: Doesn't Matter Layer Height: 0.3mm Infill Percentage: 25% Notes: The printer used was the R1+. Infill level was set to a minimum to allow screws to pass through the back - higher levels are acceptable, but filament usage needs to be considered. PLA settings were at 210C with the bed temperature at 50C. Instructions: Using these settings: Tolerance = 0.1 Wall Width = 4.5 Depth = 65 Height = 80 Width = 93 Number of Sides = 30 Screw Diameter = 4 Back Width = 8 As it stands, the holder is too deep and will require fine-tuning for a snug fit. For now, it works with some hot glue holding it in place.
