Devil stick
thingiverse
This curiosity-driven project involved juggling a printed devil stick, an uncommon object in comparison to balls, clubs, or diabolos. The printed stick is advantageous as it can be disassembled for travel purposes. Despite weighing 250g, the juggling experience was satisfactory, with all normal tricks performable without tape due to its fine surface structure. Printing requires PLA and multiple pieces (one middle, two ends) that take approximately 8 hours to print. For a more robust design, the pieces are hollow tubes with a wooden stick inserted and fixed by headless screws. The assembled stick measures 66cm in length, with a 15mm diameter in the middle and 30mm at each end. It's recommended to test-print a piece before assembly to ensure proper fit of the wooden staff.
