Emoji Cam Cover 💻 Not the most straightforward print, but designed to be printed in parts before finishing as an inlay print. This was created on a Creality printer using a .35 nozzle and layer height of 0.2 with PLA filament from Ctrl Design. Nozzle temperature is set at 210°C and bed temperature at 62°C. Ensure all prints are centered within your clasper. Step 1: Print the parts of the emoji, excluding the red components. Step 2: Print the devil's red part 1. Stay close to the printer to reactivate the heated bed once the print is complete. Avoid removing the print from the bed; instead, place the remaining emoji parts into the print. Step 3: This requires attention to detail. Position this file (devil part 2) precisely 1mm above Z=0, then run it through the clasper to verify its height is indeed 1mm higher than the bed level. Failure to do so risks damaging the nozzle. If executed correctly, you can initiate the print, which will seamlessly layer over the existing print on your bed with all inlay parts intact. Step 4: Measure your device's thickness and then print the corresponding comb clip file. Good luck printing this design. Note that it is permissible to print but not sell, as copyright remains with Ctrl Design.
