This was created to be placed atop a pole, holding Christmas lights aloft and forming a tree design. It originated as a makeshift solution using hooks taped to the pole to keep the lights securely hung. Bent nails were used to attach the lights to the ground below. Designed to fit snugly around a 1-1/4 inch diameter pole.
