device for using empty coils (for birds)

Device to give a second life to empty coils. To be passed through the hole in the coil, can be fitted on top of a broomstick, planted in the ground in the garden. Also allows to position a bottle (like Perrier 50 cl) upside down to form a drinking trough and to put at the disposal of the birds some commercial grease balls without the net (dangerous because the legs get caught in it).
