Basically, I only require my phone cover to safeguard the camera lens from scratches as it often gets damaged when the phone is placed on tables or floors. This simple solution involves attaching a glued circle onto the back of your phone, raising the lens above surfaces and thus preventing scratches. An expensive case isn't necessary. To print this, it should be an inch in diameter. For application, print and stick it over the apple logo on your iPhone. For safety, use silicone glue that can be removed later. If you want to smooth it out, cover other parts of the phone with blue tape while sanding. Also, remember to calculate the cost difference between this DIY case and a regular one, then subtract it from your printer's price - this could help justify upgrades to your partner!
