Developer saver for 120 film development on Paterson reels
thingiverse
THERE SEEMS TO BE A PROBLEM WITH THE FILE - PLEASE VERIFY SIZE BEFORE PRINTING. WE ARE CURRENTLY INVESTIGATING THE ISSUE. This eco-friendly print is designed to save you money and reduce waste. Each time you process a roll of 120 film, you can use up to 100ml less solution! Because the developer is used in excess, this does not alter the development process itself. Print this part with a watertight seal - we recommend using a 1.1 extrusion multiplier, 5 top/bottom layers, and 4 outlines. Insert it onto your spool before loading the film. This print has been tested with 123-3d PLA in Ilfosol3 and Rodinal. If you want to try a new plastic, we suggest dipping it into developer first to test its stability. Also, be sure to test it with stopbath and fixer. This part fits both older and newer spools - if it doesn't fit yours, please let us know and we can modify the file for you.
