Detroit Lions Box

This is a highly customized remix of the Small Parts Storage Box, increased to 130% its original size. I accomplish this by printing the hinges and latch file at 75% infill, followed by the top and bottom at 15% infill with an abundance of walls to guarantee that where the latch and hinges attach is strong enough. To complete assembly, you will need M4 x 30mm bolts and M4 lock nuts. You will require six bolts and six nuts. M4 x 35mm bolts would likely work better, but I have not tried them yet because the 30mm ones are working fine for me. I have encountered issues with where the hinges and latch attach, so I print with a high number of walls (five using profile:magic.28) and 15% infill. Enjoy! This is one of several remixes of this box that I have created. Check out my other versions if you're interested! The imprinted design on the box top requires supports when printing, but everything else can be printed without them. After printing, I always clean up the holes with a 4mm drill bit so the bolts fit in easily.
